Let it Rot

Hi
I painted this little, nurgle fella for eBay:) The painting is finished. Now I just have to make some effects (blood, slime etc) and his base.
tell me what you think;)

  1. Cracking work loler, especially like the texturing on the blade axe thing! Do u guys use airbrushes for your work or is it all traditional hand painting?

  2. i like it a lot.. as GMan25 says , the axe texture is pretty cool..also i like the color pattern , since is sort of diferent from the usual nurgle stuff :) thumbs up!!

    GMan26, I used airbrush to put on a base coat (zenital highlight form dark brown to light beige), but most of the work was done using brush;)
    dancing platypuss, I wanted to try sth different from standard nurgle minis and to use more grey than green;)
    Dims,thanks:), also dont really like this GW green nurgle colorscheme:). And hey, how's your painting? I haven't seen an update on your site for a long time, is the arachnarok ready?:)
